Curing in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light, MD® 203-CTH-F-VLV catheter adhesive features Multi-Cure, a secondary heat cure for applications where shadow areas exist. This Class VI-approved product is ideal for bonding metals typically used in the manufacture of catheters and guidewires. Impact-resistant and with no solvents added, the material also fluoresces blue for in-line inspection under low-intensity “black” light (365 nm). Bondable substrates include stainless steel, aluminum, nickel-titanium, PA, PU, ABS, SS, aluminum, and nickel-titanium, as well as glass.
Dymax MD® Medical Device adhesives have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower processing costs.
