Conveyor Systems

Dymax UV curing conveyor systems offer consistent, fast, and safe cures of UV-curable adhesives, coatings, and inks. The systems utilize UV and LED flood lamps with standard metal halide (longwave), mercury (shortwave), and visible bulbs, or LED arrays, with intensities ranging from 320 nm - 405 nm.

Spot Curing Systems

High intensity LED or UV spot-lamp light-curing systems quickly cure adhesives and coatings in under 10 seconds by delivering light energy to a very precise location. Systems can be used manually or in a high-speed automated assembly line.

Flood Curing Systems

Modular LED/UV curing flood lamp system consist of a power supply, reflector housing, and standard 400 Watt metal halide bulb (UV/Visible light systems). Shutter assemblies, mounting stands, light shields, and replacement bulbs are available to create a custom light-cure system.

Radiometers

Dymax radiometers are simple to operate and allow operators to monitor and document a LED, UV and visible light in the curing process. A low-intensity measurement signals an operator that it's time to replace the bulb, reflector, or lightguide. Radiometers can also be used to confirm that operators are properly shielded from UV exposure.
