1200-EC

Focused Beam UV Flood Lamp Systems

Available Globally (Except Europe)

The Dymax 1200 Series focused beam UV curing flood lamps use high-intensity UV/Visible light for the rapid curing of UV adhesives, UV coatings, and UV inks. A Dymax 1200-EC UV flood lamp delivers broad-spectrum light concentrated primarily in the UV-A range (320-390 nm wavelength) to achieve maximum cure depths and tack-free cures, typically in 10-30 seconds. Dymax 1200-EC UV flood lamps are specifically designed for applications requiring high-intensity UV light concentrated in a narrow 1 in x 6 in beam.

1200-EC focused beam UV curing lamps provide low-cost cures for bonded or coated areas larger than 1/2 inch and can be used for UV curing trays of small parts or parts arranged in a linear configuration. They are used for a variety of UV bonding, UV potting, UV sealing, UV tacking, and UV encapsulating applications within the industrial, automotive, electronic, medical device, and optical industries.

The 1200-EC UV curing flood lamp consists of a power supply, reflector housing, and 400 Watt metal halide UV curing bulb. Accessories can be ordered with or retrofitted to the UV curing lamp after purchase, including shutter assemblies, UV shields, and UV flood-lamp stands. Complete UV flood systems are also available.  UV curing flood lamps can be conveyor mounted or used as stand-alone, bench-top systems.
