Greg Bachmann

Director and Chairman of Dymax Companies

Greg has been responsible for Dymax Corporation and its subsidiaries since September 2005. He is the second-generation of Bachmann's to operate Dymax Corporation. Greg started at Dymax in 1993, as Supervisor of the Dymax Adhesives Manufacturing and Packaging Operation, then served as Program Manager, and lastly General Manager of the Equipment Group before becoming Director and Chairman. Greg holds an Executive MBA and BGS with a minor in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Connecticut.  

Lauren Stumpf

Chief Financial Officer

Lauren joined Dymax in 2012 as the North American Controller after spending several years at PwC and Stanley Black & Decker.  During her time at Dymax, she has held various roles from Controllership to the Finance leader for the company’s global ERP implementation, formed a Financial Planning & Analysis team and now holds the title of Global Director of Finance overseeing all of the Finance & Accounting functions for the organization.  Lauren holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting as well as an MBA from Sacred Heart University and currently serves on the Board of a Charter School in Connecticut.

Simon Ang

Chief Operations Officer

Born and raised in Singapore, Simon served in the Singapore Armed Forces. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Business with International Management. From Jr. Sales Engineer to Country Manager, he assisted Blaze, Dymax exclusive Asia sales partner, with their expansion into Malaysia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. In 2004 Simon officially joined Dymax as a Sales Manager and Technical Consultant in Changzhou. At this time, he assisted in setting up the Dymax Asia sales team and manufacturing. He was transferred to Dymax Hong Kong location in 2006 and worked closely with the local government to establish Dymax Shenzhen. Today, Simon oversees Operations for Dymax Companies globally. 

Mindy Kaur

Chief of Staff

Mindy joined Dymax in 2019. She brings with her more than 15+ years of experience from various organizations in supporting CEOs and Executive Leaders. Her key achievements include creating an MDRT team for distributors in the insurance industry, managing the setup of office branches globally (Nigeria, Dubai, Singapore), and creating processes and guidelines for organizational operating procedures. Prior to this role, Mindy was Senior Executive Assistant at Dymax. She is a key player in the senior leadership team and leads organizational management, cross-department communication, and executing strategic initiatives. Mindy is a graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Management.​​​​​​​

Robert Palmer

Senior Commercial Director and Brand Leader

Robert joined Dymax in 2018 as Director, Global Business Development for Electronics after having spent twenty years with another global, specialty chemical company in a variety of Marketing, Product Management, and Business Development roles. He has held various roles at Dymax where he developed and implemented strategic business plans, set up processes, and created analytical tools to support the overall global growth of the company. In his current role as the Dymax Senior Commercial Director and Brand Leader, he oversees all commercial functions for Dymax globally. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University.
