The Model 826 is a pneumatically operated, normally closed pinch valve. This dispense valve dispenses a wide variety of materials with low to high viscosities but is specifically designed to dispense thicker, stringy materials with ease. The valve is highly precise and obtains its precision from lockable controls that facilitate the adjustment of three critical parameters: the flow rate through the valve, the amount of tube closure, and suck-back.

The Model 830 dispensing valve is a normally closed disposable fluid path valve that provides larger material flow rates while still maintaining precise control. This dual-piston pinch valve is used with many low- to high-viscosity materials and features a suck-back control to handle stringy and tacky materials with no mess. The valve’s main feature is its disposable fluid path which carries materials from the material reservoir to the dispense tip.

The Model 828 normally open disposable fluid path valve is designed to provide larger flow rates while still maintaining precise control over material flow rate. This product is designed for low to high viscosities including stringy materials. This dual-piston pinch valve can be used with many materials and features a suck-back control so it can handle stringy and tacky materials with no mess.

In Model 475, fluids do not contact the actuating components within the dispensing valve, making it ideal for dispensing reactive materials such as cyanoacrylates and solvent-based products.

This pneumatic, normally closed, needle valve is designed to deliver precise dots or very fine beads of low- to high-viscosity fluids. The valve’s stroke adjustment allows for fine-tuning of the dispense volume, ensuring precise and consistent deposits. Air pressure through the valve retracts the needle assembly from the seat allowing fluid to flow from the valve fluid inlet to the dispensing tip.

The Model 775 is a pneumatically operated spool valve designed to accurately dispense a variety of fluids with low to high viscosities including stringy materials. The valve’s precision comes from two main features, its suck-back control, and adjustable flow control. Having control over the amount of suck-back assures consistent, repeatable, stringless dispensing of tackier materials, and prevents droplets from remaining on the dispense nozzle when using lower viscosity materials.

The DVC-345 digital valve controller provides precise and consistent valve actuation without complex programming. This controller may be operated via footswitch or remote PLC.
