Achieve Fast, Reliable Cures with LED and UV Curing Conveyor Systems

Dymax conveyor systems offer consistent, fast, and safe cures of UV and LED curable adhesives, coatings, and inks. These conveyors consist of a moving belt that passes through a chamber area with curing lamps mounted above and/or on each side for fast component curing.

Units feature standard metal halide (longwave) or mercury (shortwave), bulbs, or LED arrays. The conveyors can be outfitted with one, two, or four UV or LED flood lamps to accommodate a variety of curing applications, with additional lamps available for side-cure applications.

Light curing conveyor systems offer consistent line transport speed, adjustable lamp height, and stable lamp intensity to provide light curing for repeatable processing and optimized throughput. These UV cure ovens also eliminate stray light, while utilizing some of the highest intensity curing on the market.

UVCS AX-550 V2.0 LED Conveyor Systems

Dymax UVCS bench-top conveyor systems are designed for fast curing of adhesives, coatings, and inks that react in the UVA and/or visible spectral ranges. The conveyors can be outfitted with one of three different wavelength BlueWave AX-550 V2.0 LED flood lamps (365 nm, 385 nm, 405 nm) and can accommodate up to four emitters.

Edge-Carry Conveyor System

Adjustable curing width up to 18 in; 100 mW/cm², 200 mW/cm², 400 mW/cm², and 2500 mW/cm². Designed for efficient curing of UV light sensitive adhesives, inks, and coatings; parts are transported along rails instead of a traditional conveyor belt; rails allow light energy to reach multiple sides of the part at once.
