As the adoption of fuel cell technology for stationary power applications increases as a viable renewable energy source, interest in environmentally friendly solutions to assemble sofc fuel cells and PEM electrolyzers is growing.
Fuel cells don’t require combustion but produce electricity from fuel oxidized through electrochemical energy conversion, generating fewer pollutants and making them a cleaner power source. They also offer fuel flexibility and high efficiency and are well-suited for CHP generation applications.
Dymax light-curable materials include gaskets for fuel cell sealing, structural adhesives for solid oxide and PEM fuel cell plates and stacks, and maskants to protect components during finishing operations. The products are eco-friendly, one-component, require no mixing, and are RoHS compliant.

750
High-Temperature pink maskant for thermal-spray coating with resistance to blast media. This maskant cures tack-free upon exposure to UV/Visible light to form hard, durable bonds on substrate surfaces. Maskant is easily removed by incineration.
750-SC
High-temperature maskant with color change from purple to pink upon cure. This maskant provides excellent surface protection during higher temperature thermal spray coating, plasma spray, HVOF, and aggressive grit blasting processes. This 100% organic resin cures upon exposure to UV/Visible light and is easily removed by incineration.
GA-140
UV-curable form-in-place gasket sealant for applications that require moisture- and chemical resistance and a soft, tack-free, flexible gasket with a low compression set. Excellent tear resistance and good adhesion to nylon and plastic surfaces.
GA-201
FIP gasket sealant is formulated for sealing plastic, glass, and metal enclosures and plated surfaces. It features moisture- and chemical resistance and acts as a barrier to prevent the absorption and penetration of dust, air, noise, and liquids.

Metal bonding adhesive curable with UV/Visible light, heat, or pre-applied activator. Visible light can penetrate through many UV-blocked and colored plastics and glasses. Applications include coil winding, potting, as well as metal-to-glass bonding.
