Moderate to High-Intensity UV Light-Curing Flood and Focused Beam Systems

A Dymax light-curing system uses moderate- to high-intensity  LED/UV/Visible light for the fast curing of light-curable adhesives, coatings, and UV inks. A modular UV curing flood lamp consists of a power supply, reflector housing, and standard 400 Watt metal halide bulb. Shutter assemblies, mounting stands, shields, and additional broadspectrum curing bulbs are available to create a custom light-curing system.

Consistent line speed, lamp height, and intensity together provide a consistent UV curing process. Dymax light-curing conveyors eliminate stray UV light despite utilizing some of the highest-intensity UV curing systems on the market.

LED and UV curing floodlights and focused beam flood lamps can be used in a wide variety of industrial applications including UV bonding, sealing, and encapsulating. Dymax light-curing flood lamp systems are ideal for use in the automotive, electronic, optical, and medical device assembly industries.

Get high-intensity LED light curing in a compact size! The BlueWave® AX-550 flood-curing system combines an emitter, controller, and power supply into one compact unit, eliminating the bulk and cost of connection cables and other miscellaneous parts. Quiet and efficient, it is available with a 365, 385, or 405 nm emitter that provides a sizable 5" x 5" curing area. This curing lamp can also be easily incorporated into automated assembly lines.
