Some formulations include technologies to improve your processes. Blue or Ultra-Red^® fluorescing for quick in-line inspection or See-Cure for quick and easy confirmation of complete cure.

The full line of light-curing adhesives, coatings, encapsulants, gaskets, maskants, and potting compounds are one component, and most are solvent-free. Adhesives are designed to bond a variety of dissimilar substrates including plastics, glass, and metals.

Categories

Masking

Dymax LED or UV/Visible light-curable maskants offer reliable temporary protection and are easily removed via peeling or incineration.

Bonding

Easily bond glass, metal, plastic components with or without shadow area using Dymax LED/UV light-cure adhesive technology.

Coating

Dymax conformal coatings cure in seconds upon exposure to LED or UV light to protect PCBs, microcircuits, labels, and more from moisture, dust, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Some materials feature a secondary moisture or heat cure for shadow areas.

Encapsulating

Protect flexible and rigid printed circuit board components with Dymax LED or UV/Visible light-curable encapsulants. Some materials include dual-cure technology for secondary ambient moisture cure or heat cure for shadow areas.

Potting

Protect electronic components and circuitry with Dymax light-curable potting compounds. Formulations include a secondary heat or activator cure for a tack-free cure of shadow areas.

Gasketing

UV/Visible light-curable form-in-place gasket sealants create protective barrier seals in EV, fuel cell, automotive, industrial, and electrical applications. These gaskets feature a low compression set, excellent adhesion, and cure completely in as little as 30 seconds.

Activators

Adhesive activators increase the cure speed and improve the adhesion of industrial bonding applications when used with specific Dymax structural adhesives.

Hybrid Light Curable

Hybrid light-curable adhesives cure rapidly in light or darkness with UV/Visible light or a combination of UV/Visible light and contact/moisture for fast bonding of opaque substrates and in dark areas.
