Light-Cure Materials for Industrial Gas Turbine Control Systems
The design and assembly of an industrial gas turbine control system (IGT) requires material solutions with properties that provide electrical insulation, thermal stability, and environmental resistance that support the precision electronics inside.

High-performance conformal coating that cures tack-free upon exposure to UV/Visible light and then over time with ambient moisture. This product fluoresces bright blue, exhibits excellent corrosion, chemical resistance, and thermal cycling properties. The coating is easily applied from 2-8 mils (0.002 in – 0.008 in) thick to meet the requirements of most automotive PCB designs. UL 94 Flammability V-0 rating.

Room temperature stable encapsulant and wire bond adhesive with a secondary moisture cure. This product provides good moisture and corrosion protection of critical components found in electronic applications such as electric vehicle battery management systems.
9309-SC
Color-changing reinforcement adhesive for edgebonding and CSP reinforcement. This product cures upon exposure to UV/Visible light to quickly ruggedize PCB components.
9037-F
Resilient chip encapsulant and wire bond adhesive designed for applications where a thixotropic, high-viscosity encapsulant or a damming material is required. This product cures with UV/Visible light and features a secondary heat cure to address shadow areas. This material has great flexibility, provides high moisture and thermal resistance, and fluoresces blue.
