Light-curable SpeedMask^® maskants provide a secure barrier on high-value substrate surfaces and cavities during finishing processes such as machining, acid stripping, air plasma spray operations, and cooling hole protection.

The maskants replace time-consuming wax, tape, and lacquer application, cure in seconds with UV/Visible light, withstand extreme processing environments, and are easily removed for immediate processing. They are one-component materials with no solvents added and applied in one layer reducing product consumption and costs, increasing throughput, and enabling easier disposal.
