MD® 1402-M needle bonding adhesive cures at either 385 nm or 405 nm wavelength for very fast bonding of multiple substrates typically used in the manufacture of medical devices and syringes. This LED curable metal and plastic bonder is non-yellowing, has no solvents added, and features a low viscosity for improved wetting.
This product fluoresces blue for in-line inspection under low-intensity black light (365 nm). Bondable substrates include stainless steel, PC, PS, ABS, PA, PMMA, and PP. Typical applications include needle bonding as well as assembling reservoirs and tube sets.
