Extremely fast curing, MD® 104-MSK anesthesia mask adhesive quickly bonds plastics typically used in the manufacture of facemasks and other respiratory support products. The product cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light and is also capable of curing through UV-blocked plastics. Bondable substrates include PVC, polycarbonate, polystyrene, and polyurethane, as well as PET. Typical applications include respirator face masks, breathing circuits, and resuscitator bags.
Dymax MD® Medical Device adhesives have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax light-curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for medical device assembly.
