Dymax Presents High-Performance Adhesive Solutions for Medical Technology at COMPAMED 2025

With innovative adhesives and modern LED curing equipment, Dymax offers solutions for demanding medical applications.

Wiesbaden - November 5, 2025 - Dymax, a leading manufacturer of light-curing materials and equipment, will exhibit at COMPAMED in Düsseldorf from November 17 to 20. In Hall 8b, Booth L01, Dymax will demonstrate its latest developments in medical technology.

Dymax will present its TPO-free adhesives at the show in response to increased market interest in sustainable adhesive solutions and evolving regulatory requirements. For medical technology applications, these products meet biocompatibility requirements in accordance with ISO 10993-5 (cytotoxicity) and other relevant standards.

Another highlight at the Dymax booth will be the 2000-MW series, designed for the assembly of wearable medical devices. This line of light-curing medical adhesives is formulated without isobornyl acrylate (IBOA), a known skin irritant, and without TPO. These biocompatible adhesives address concerns regarding skin sensitivity and irritation, that are common in the medical wearables market.

Dymax will showcase its patented hybrid light-curable adhesive platform which combines the best qualities of anionic and free radical chemistries. HLC™ adhesives utilizing this platform cure in both light and darkness with either UV/Visible light alone or a combination of UV/Visible light and contact/moisture. These adhesives exhibit the physical and performance properties of Dymax light-curable materials, along with the rapid moisture/contact cure characteristics of anionics.

Encompass® adhesives featuring patented See-Cure color change for cure confirmation and Ultra-Red® fluorescing for quality inspection will be highlighted.

Visitors to the booth will also be able to learn about Dymax's latest LED curing equipment, including the BlueWave® QX4 V2.0 LED and MX series spot lamp systems and the BlueWave® AX-550 V2.0 LED flood lamp.

Application engineering experts will be available on site to answer questions about light-curing materials and curing equipment, discuss customer applications, and present product and technology highlights.
