Innovative Light-Curable Bonding and Protection Solutions for Battery and Electronics Manufacturing
Wiesbaden, Germany – May 28, 2026 – Dymax, a global manufacturer of UV- and LED-curable materials and equipment, will exhibit at The Battery Show Europe 2026, June 9–11, in Stuttgart. At the show, Dymax will highlight new and proven light-curable materials engineered for battery and electronics applications particularly battery bonding and PCB protection for reliable performance, design flexibility, and efficient production.
Visitors can stop by booth D65 (Hall 5) to see an array of light-curable technologies designed to help battery and electronics manufacturers improve safety, reliability, and production efficiency and explore solutions designed to protect critical components from extreme environments, corrosion, and chemicals.
“As manufacturers continue to push for higher throughput, precision and process efficiency our products are more critical than ever,” said Doug Katze, Business Development—Electronics, at Dymax. “Our light-curing technologies enable fast, reliable bonding and protection of sensitive components, helping customers reduce cycle times while maintaining the performance and quality demanded by next-generation devices.”
The Dymax portfolio includes adhesives for structural bonding of battery cells and dual-cure conformal coatings for reliable PCB protection—helping extend battery and electronic life and support consistent performance.
Highlights of the show include:
“The rapid evolution of battery and fuel cell technologies is driving demand for scalable, high-performance manufacturing solutions,” said Virginia Hogan, Business Development—Energy, Dymax. “By enabling fast curing with minimal thermal impact, our solutions help manufacturers improve process efficiency, enhance bond integrity, and meet the rigorous requirements of next-generation energy storage systems.”
Application engineering experts will be available to discuss material selection, process integration, and Dymax curing systems.
