Designed for rapid assembly of a wide variety of plastics, 1121-M medical device adhesive bonds BPA-Free Copolyester, ABS, PC, PU, and PVC, as well as TPU. This product cures quickly on-demand with LED or traditional UV mercury-bulb curing equipment. Self-leveling and moisture resistant, MD® 1121-M also fluoresces blue for in-line inspection under low-intensity black light (365 nm). The product also meets ISO 10993-5 cytotoxicity approval.
Dymax MD® medical device adhesives have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax UV light-curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. Dymax lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.
