Medical Device Adhesive with Ultra-Red® Fluorescing Technology

MD^® 1120-M-UR medical device adhesive is LED curable and rapidly bonds a wide variety of plastics used in the manufacture of medical devices. This moisture-resistant product cures tack-free within four seconds for fast assembly of reservoirs, tube sets, port fittings, drug delivery devices, and pumps, as well as heat-sensitive substrates. Featuring Ultra-Red^® technology, MD^® 1120-M-UR medical device adhesive fluoresces bright red under low-intensity black light (365 nm) to assist with visual inspection of the bond-line area. Bondable substrates include ABS, CAP, PA, PC, PS, PU, PVC, and also SAN.
