The RotoSpense 360 accurately dispenses medium to high-viscosity materials onto the outer diameter of tubes. It incorporates a tube detection sensor that identifies when a part is inserted, automatically activating the dual-integrated Dymax Model 455 valves to rotate around the tube and dispense the required volume of adhesive for the application.

The RotoSpense 360 significantly reduces the time and resources expended on manual adhesive dosing in tube set applications. Unlike typical manual dispensing, which demands both hands and full attention, the RotoSpense 360 streamlines the process with single-handed operation. This not only helps relieve operator fatigue but also leaves the other hand free for other crucial aspects of the tube assembly process beyond dispensing.

With its integration of two Model 455 valves, the RotoSpense 360 enables precise control over material flow, ensuring accurate and repeatable dispensing. In addition, its use of disposable fluid paths prevents the dispensed material from contacting the valve's inner components, facilitating easy material changeover with minimal cleanup.

This system is suitable for bench-top and semi-automated work centers commonly found in low-volume equipment production and laboratory settings. It is designed to solve application-based challenges commonly found in the industrial or medical markets, such as catheter tube bonding.
