Fluorescing Conformal Coating For Medical Electronics

MD^® 1184-M-T-R medical device coating is flexible, cures with UV/Visible light in seconds, and has no solvents added.  For components where shadow areas are present, the product features secondary heat-cure capability. This coating is a red color before cure for easy visual confirmation of material placement and automated quality inspection. The product is ideal for rapid sealing of plastic components and conformal coating of medical electronics. Bondable substrates include CAP, SAN, steel, PU, as well as PS. 1184-M-T-R also has ISO 10993-5 Cytotoxicity biocompatible approval.
