MD® 104-MSK-GEL anesthesia mask adhesive is designed for rapid bonding of plastics typically used in the manufacture of facemasks, breathing circuits, and other respiratory support products. This product cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light and even cures through UV-blocked plastics. It also has no solvents added. With a high viscosity, this formulation is ideal for applications where controlled placement of the material is desired. Bondable substrates include PVC, polycarbonate, polystyrene, polyurethane, and PET.
Dymax MD® medical device adhesives have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax light-curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for medical device assembly. Dymax lamps offer the optimum balance of UV/Visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.
MD® 104-MSK-GEL anesthesia mask adhesive is in full compliance with the RoHS Directives 2015/863/EU.
