Adhesive for Assembling Anesthesia Masks


MD® 104-MSK-GEL anesthesia mask adhesive is designed for rapid bonding of plastics typically used in the manufacture of facemasks, breathing circuits, and other respiratory support products. This solvent-free product cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light and even cures through UV-blocked plastics. With a high viscosity this formulation is ideal for applications where controlled placement of the material is desired. Bondable substrates include PVC, polycarbonate, polystyrene, polyurethane, and PET.

Dymax MD® medical device adhesives are solvent-free and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax light-curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for medical device assembly. Dymax lamps offer the optimum balance of UV/Visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.

MD® 104-MSK-GEL anesthesia mask adhesive is in full compliance with the RoHS Directives 2015/863/EU.
