Dual-Cure Electronic Coating

Dymax dual-cure 9208-W is a light and moisture-reworkable, halogen-free coating for electronic devices, flexible circuits, and component encapsulation. It cures rapidly with UV/visible light, offers high flexibility, thermal shock resistance, and corrosion protection, and fully cures in shadow areas via ambient moisture. Proper curing, storage, and handling are essential for optimal performance.

Typical applications include electronic coating, electronic coating for wearables devices, coating for flexible circuit boards, component encapsulation, selective protection, and FPC reinforcement.
