Management Team

Greg has been responsible for Dymax Corporation and its subsidiaries since September 2005. He is the second-generation of Bachmann's to operate Dymax Corporation. Greg started at Dymax in 1993, as Supervisor of the Dymax Adhesives Manufacturing and Packaging Operation, then served as Program Manager, and lastly General Manager of the Equipment Group before becoming Director and Chairman. Greg holds an Executive MBA and BGS with a minor in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Connecticut. ​

Bob joined Dymax in 2018 as Director of Global Business Development for Electronics, bringing two decades of experience in marketing, product management, and business development within the specialty chemicals industry. In 2025 he moved into his current role as Chief Business Officer, he oversees the operational and the commercial side of the business worldwide. At Dymax, he has led strategic planning, process development, and analytics to support global growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.

Lauren joined Dymax in 2012 as North American Controller, following roles at PwC and Stanley Black & Decker. Since then, she has led key initiatives including global ERP implementation and the formation of the Financial Planning & Analysis team. Now serving as Global Director of Finance, she oversees all Finance and Accounting functions. Lauren holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA from Sacred Heart University and serves on the board of a local charter school.​

Felice Gray-Kemp joined Dymax in 2026 as Chief Legal Officer, bringing extensive global expertise in commercial law, compliance, and risk management. In her role, she leads the company’s legal, compliance, and human resources functions and serves as a strategic advisor to the Chair and Board of Directors. Felice earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Yale University, her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law—where she was a Travelers Insurance Company Fellow—and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.

Beth joined Dymax in 2019 as Global Marketing Communications Director. Since then, she has led key initiatives including expanding brand awareness across five distinct brands and driving strategic digital transformation programs. After serving as Chief Commercial Officer for BCE Holding Corporation, a division of Dymax, from 2024 to 2025, she was appointed Chief Experience Officer and now oversees Global IT, Internal Communications, Marketing Communications, and Administration. Beth holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication and Public Relations.

Ron is the Chief Transformation Officer at Dymax, where he oversees governance and enhancement of the corporate ERP and enterprise systems, as well as business process and project management. He brings more than 30 years of experience spanning manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, administrative leadership, and organizational transformation. His prior senior roles include Chief Operations and Administrative Officer at BCE Holding Corporation, Global Director of Business Process Management at Dymax, CEO of Marlboro County Government, and Senior Director of Operations at Laticrete International. Ron holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees in management and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
