Now you can mask and seal all components in one step! SpeedMask® light-curable maskants replace tape, wax, lacquers, and fixtures and offer reliable protection against most surface treatment processing environments. The tenacious adhesion of SpeedMask UV/Visible maskants seal and protect machined, ground, or polished surfaces and are solvent free, allowing your manufacturing process to go green by eliminating solvent lacquers.

Dymax masking resins, light-curing lamps, and accessories bring efficiency and cost reduction to new parts manufacturing, overhaul and repair, and turbine and metal finishing. The masks cure in seconds upon exposure to light and are easy to incorporate into automated systems. SpeedMask temporary maskants are removed by incineration during heat-treat or heat-tint operations, or by peeling. The masks are easily removed and leave the surface residue free on non-porous surfaces.

SpeedMask maskants contain no non-reactive solvents and cure in seconds, providing cost savings through reductions in labor, rework and scrap, and provide ease of application and superior protection with consistent reliability.
