A variety of light-curable coatings, gaskets, and masking materials, as well as adhesives for appliance subcomponents, are available from Dymax. Light-curable materials bond in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light energy, for quick assembly of glass, metal, and plastic substrates. Fast light cure means less work in progress and increased throughput. The solvent-free products are all one-component, so the material cures completely, eliminating waste.

Dymax light-curable formulations are ideal for the assembly of power tools, alignment devices, speakers, motors, magnets, as well as circuit boards. Applications include vibration isolation and reduction, touchscreen positioning, display mounting and sealing, potting isolated chips, conformal coating of PCBs, wire tacking, bonding windings, and also masking during polishing and finishing.
