Q: We are using non-Dymax adhesive, do you have a tube-bonding solution that will work for us?

A: Yes. We have a solution that works with either UV or non-UV chemistries for the controlled, repeatable dispense onto the end of medical tubing of various sizes.

Q: Are you CE and RoHS compliant?

A:  Yes. Dymax is a global corporation. We are ISO compliant and offer CE compliance sourcing and documentation for specified programs. All documentation is managed from our North American headquarters.

Q:  We require IP/OP/QP management for our processes. Can you help?

A:  Yes. We manage the team understanding, process, and IP/OP/QP documentation on behalf of the equipment and processes relevant to the project.

Q:  Do you offer post-installation service contracts and preventative maintenance support?

A: Yes. Dymax offers service contracts post-installation, as well as supporting documentation, manuals, PM schedules, and spare parts lists.

Q: We don’t have funding for full automation, but need bench-top fixtures and quality measures for our process. Can Dymax help with “small” jobs?

A:  Yes. We often find big value in small jobs. Our team of integration experts can work with you to establish your needs, requirements, and quickly provide a budgetary estimate, schedule, and proposal.

Q: Do you build your own robots?

A: No. We partner with global brands to pair our dispensing solutions and part-handling designs with the most appropriate motion control solution for the application challenge. Our flexibility is your benefit. We can deliver manual, 3-axis gantry’s, or 6-axis robotic arms of various brands as well as the appropriate embedded technologies required for the application.
