This hand-held fluid dispensing system features a hand-held diaphragm valve and is ideal for dispensing UV adhesives, cyanoacrylates, inks, and other low-to-medium viscosity (up to 5,000 cP) fluids. Compatible with Dymax packages of UV/Visible light-curable adhesives, epoxy resins, cyanoacrylates, and activator-cured adhesives

Viscosity Range: 1-5,000 cPs or 1-25,000 cPs thixotropic fluids

Hand-Held, Automatically Controlled, Normally Closed Dispensing System. This hand-held fluid dispensing system features a hand-held diaphragm valve and is ideal for dispensing light-curable materials, solvent-based products, and reactive materials like cyanoacrylates and anaerobics.

The Model 455 dispensing valve is a pneumatically operated, normally closed pinch valve with a disposable fluid path. It was designed to dispense materials with extreme precision. The valve’s micrometer control feature allows users to precisely adjust the material flow, ensuring that materials are dispensed consistently and accurately.

In this design, fluids do not contact the actuating components within the dispensing valve, making it ideal for dispensing reactive materials such as cyanoacrylates and solvent-based products.

The Model 775 is a pneumatically operated spool valve that is designed to accurately dispense a variety of fluids. The valve’s accuracy comes from two main features, its suck-back control and adjustable flow control. The suck-back feature greatly increases accuracy and repeatability when dispensing materials. Having control over the amount of suck-back assures consistent, stringless dispensing of tackier materials, and prevents droplets from remaining on the dispense nozzle when using lower viscosity materials.

Viscosity Range: Medium to high, including stringy materials

The Model 826 is a pneumatically operated, normally closed pinch valve. This dispense valve dispenses a wide variety of materials, and is specifically designed to dispense thicker, stringy materials with ease. The valve is highly precise and obtains its precision from lockable controls that facilitate the adjustment of three critical parameters: the flow rate through the valve, the amount of tube closure, and suck-back.

Viscosity Range: Low to high, including stringy materials

The Model 828 normally open disposable fluid path valve is designed to provide larger flow rates while still maintaining precise control over material flow rate. This dual-piston pinch valve can be used with many materials and features a suck-back control so it can handle stringy and tacky materials with no mess.
