Dymax UVCS SideCure UV curing conveyors configured with UV curing lamps on the left, right, and/or top offer consistent, fast, and safe UV curing from both the top and/or the sides. These conveyors are designed for 180° curing of UV curable adhesives, UV curable coatings, and UV curable inks. These conveyors can be outfitted with either standard metal halide (longwave), mercury (shortwave), or visible bulbs.
Consistent line speed, consistent lamp height, and consistent intensity together provide a consistent UV curing process. These conveyors do not emit stray UV light and can be outfitted with one to eight moderate-intensity 5000-EC UV flood lamps in the configurations shown further below. Popular end-use applications include UV curing of bonding, masking, and coating applications in the medical, electronics, aerospace, and industrial industries.

UVCS SideCure conveyors can be outfitted with ONE to FOUR 5000-EC lamps
ON TOP as shown in the diagrams below. Where 5000-EC lamps are configured in series, the belt speed can be doubled, as compared to a single 5000-EC or two 5000-EC lamps side by side.
