Electronic Coating Technologies (ECT) is a leading provider of conformal coating services and a premier partner to Dymax for customers in the Americas and Europe who require contract manufacturing for their electronics applications.
With over 25+ years of technical expertise, ECT offers Dymax customers superior low- to high-volume application services for various coating types, from acrylic resins to Parylene. Selective coating and robotic dispensing systems allow for repeatable, precise coverage, quick lead times, and expert quality control of finished parts. ECT works with Dymax and its customers to create custom coating services from start to finish.
Capabilities
- Dedicated SME’s and Technical Engineers offer support from design concept to production
- ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ITAR, and Controlled Goods certifications
- Production facilities along the East Coast – Toronto, Canada and Albany, NY. Orlando, FL (coming in 2024)
- Large capacity processing from 2,000-4,000 PCBs per day, more if required
- Electronic tracking of customer parts from reception to completion
- Automated material application, whenever possible, to eliminate human error
- Repeatability to maintain quick lead times and ensure quality control
- Standard lead times from 3-8 days, with expedited processing available
- In-house application completed in accordance with IPC-A-610H and J-STD-001H, but flexible to meet most worldwide standards.
