Rod Lenses for Spot Curing Lamps
Rod lenses allow users to turn a spot into a flood lamp with shutter. A rod lens refocuses the UV light emitted from a spot lamp to create a very uniform 2 in x 2 in [50.8 mm x 50.8 mm] or 5 in x 5 in [127 mm x 127 mm] curing area.
Cool curing rod lenses are ideal for potting applications or curing of heat-sensitive parts because resin surfaces are protected from heat and scorching that can obstruct cure depth.
