ECE 2000

Versatile UV Flood Lamp Curing For a Variety of Industrial Applications

CE Marked – Available Globally

Dymax ECE 2000 flood lamp curing systems offer moderate- to high-intensity curing over an 8 in x 8 in (20.3 cm x 20.3 cm) area for the fast curing of UV curable adhesives, coatings, and inks. Dymax flood lamps can be used in a wide variety of industrial applications including bonding, sealing, and encapsulating, and are ideal for use in the automotive, electronic, optical, and medical device assembly industries.

Modular ECE series flood lamps consist of a power supply, reflector housing, and 400 Watt metal halide UV curing bulb. By adding accessories such as UV shielding, shutter assemblies, and mounting stands these flood lamps can be used as either turnkey bench-top systems or integrated into an automated assembly process.

Complete ECE Series flood lamp systems listed below are integrated into complete packages ready to plug in and cure for a variety of curing requirements. They are designed to optimize safety and convenience for process-controlled cures. These light sources are versatile, capable of curing adhesive on parts with large bond lines or multiple parts in trays, or for curing coatings and inks and are ideal for prototype or bench-top production.

Features
