MD® Medical Adhesive

108-MSK

Airway Management/Respiratory Support Device Bonding Adhesive

Rapidly bond plastics typically used in the manufacture of anesthesia masks and other airway management products with MD®  108-MSK face mask adhesive. This material cures with UV or LED light in seconds and fluoresces blue for in-line quality inspection under low-intensity blacklight (365nm). Bondable substrates include PVC, polycarbonate, polystyrene, and polyurethane as well as ABS. Typical applications include nasal pillow masks, oxygen masks, and Venturi masks. The product also meets ISO-10993-5 Cytotoxicity biocompatibility approval.

Dymax MD® Medical Device adhesives have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax light-curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for medical device assembly. Dymax lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.

MD® 108-MSK face mask adhesive is in full compliance with the RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EU.
