SpeedMask® est une gamme de résines de masquage temporaires polymérisables à la lumière Dymax offrant une protection de surface fiable qui n’est pas disponible avec les matériaux de masquage traditionnels tels que les rubans, les laques et les cires. Les résines de masquage photopolymérisables SpeedMask sont disponibles en plusieurs viscosités, qui peuvent être rapidement appliquées à l’aide d’une seringue ou par trempage, pulvérisation ou sérigraphie. L’élimination sans résidus est obtenue avec des qualités pelables, solubles dans l’eau ou non corrosives. Ils guérissent lors de l’exposition à l’énergie lumineuse.

Les résines de masquage SpeedMask sont utilisées dans les opérations de préparation et de finition de surface où une barrière est nécessaire pour protéger les surfaces et les cavités. Les résines de masquage SpeedMask sont utilisées avec succès dans de nombreux secteurs, notamment l’aérospatiale, la production d’énergie, le finissage des métaux et la fabrication d’implants orthopédiques et de dispositifs médicaux.

Les résines de masquage Dymax SpeedMask ne contiennent aucun solvant non réactif et durcissent en quelques secondes, ce qui permet de réaliser des économies en réduisant les coûts de main-d’œuvre, de reprise et de mise au rebut. Ils sont préférés aux matériaux de masquage traditionnels tels que les cires, les rubans et les laques en raison de leur facilité d’application, de leur protection supérieure, de leur fiabilité constante et de leur temps de séchage rapide.
