Replace tape, wax, lacquers, as well as boots, caps and fixtures with SpeedMask® aerospace maskants that offer reliable protection against most metal-finishing processing environments. Mask and seal all components in one step! The tenacious adhesion of light-curable maskants seal and protect machined, ground, or polished surfaces during tumbling, peening, plating, plasma-spray coatings, or cleaning processes. The materials seal cooling cavity openings, preventing contamination from acid, plating solutions, air plasma spray, peening, and also grit blasting. The products are solvent free, allowing your manufacturing process to go green with the elimination of solvent lacquers.

Optimized to work together, Dymax products increase efficiency and reduce costs for new parts manufacturing, overhaul, repair, as well as turbine and metal finishing. The maskants cure in seconds upon exposure to light and are also easy to incorporate into automated systems. SpeedMask formulations are available in burn-off and peelable grades. When properly cured, materials are easily removed, leaving surfaces residue free.
