Revêtements conformes pour la protection de cartes de circuits imprimés (PCB)

Les revêtements conformes pour cartes de circuits imprimés deviennent secs au toucher en quelques secondes dès leur exposition aux UV et à la lumière visible afin de simplifier les processus d’assemblage et de fabrication. Appliquez, réticulez, puis expédiez immédiatement et éliminez les longues étapes relatives aux revêtements conformes traditionnels exigeant une polymérisation thermique traditionnelle et à température ambiante. Les revêtements Dymax sont disponibles pour l’atténuation des barbes d’étain, les environnements humides et les zones ombrées. Ils sont isolés électriquement afin qu’ils puissent être appliqués sur toute la surface de la PCB ou être utilisés pour certaines zones afin d’assurer une protection contre les environnements d’exploitation.

Les revêtements conformes sans solvants ont une faible teneur en COV, éliminant le besoin de manipuler des solvants, de sorte à améliorer la sécurité des travailleurs et à minimiser les impacts sur l’environnement. Chaque revêtement conforme est prêt à l’emploi (aucun mélange n’est requis) de manière à assurer une application facile.
