The “CTH” line of light-curable catheter adhesives provides reliable cost-saving assembly solutions for manufacturers. ISO 10993 approved and compatible with gamma, EtO, and E-Beam sterilization, the products meet the unique assembly challenges associated with the newest catheter materials.

Dymax solvent-free catheter bonders feature excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, a high degree of flexibility, and fast cure speeds for consistent, low-stress assembly. Many of the adhesives have non-flowing viscosities, impact resistance, and also form very good bonds to Nylon 12 and PEBA

To accommodate high-speed automated inspection processes, many of the products feature red or blue fluorescing capability. Catheter adhesives formulated with Encompass® technology have patented See-Cure and Ultra-Red® technology for easy visual confirmation of material placement and cure, as well as post-cure inline Q.C.
